We had been talking about buying a house for some time, then one day I just stopped at the realtor's office and asked some questions.  He was very nice and took me to look at several homes that day, unfortunately as the process went on, my husband and I became unsatisfied with some things concerning the office our agent was working out of.

A friend referred me to Hortensia Morgan and when I went to speak with her, she asked if I was working with someone.  I said yes.  She said she would rather not take us from another agent and really meant that.  I explained a bit of the situation (we currently had a bid in on a house, but were waiting on the inspection), and told her that we would stay with him for this house, but if we didn't get it, we would call her.  Thank God we did the inspection (the house had serious foundation damage that would have cost us thousands of dollars).  When we looked with Hortensia, she gave us honest advice from years of experience, we found a home that was much nicer than anything we had seen yet, and we never felt as though we were alone or the end of the world was coming.  She took care of every little detail, kept us informed as to what was going on, and we love her for everything she did.  She definitely knows her field and I would recommend her to anyone.
